Unsatisfied client with the service
In case the client is not satisfied with the outcome of the service provided V & N cleaning services Company offers:
- Reclean with no additional cost.
- Keep in mind that the cleaner will clean only the area the client is not satisfied.
- V & N Cleaning Services will request a photo of the areas that was not clean to your expectations for validation.
- The reclean must be within 36 hours from the original cleaning.
- We also might offer a partial refund when;
- V & N Cleaning Company is not able to arrange an appointment
- The appointment can’t be arranged due to client’s situation
- V & N Cleaning Services Company might also offer a discount for the next cleaning
Cleaning company Effective communication
When becoming a client, you approve to receive communications from us, via email, text messages.
Estimate price -Quote-
The quote is subject to change depending on the state of your home and the approval that correct home details were provided by the client. Any price quoted by the cleaning company is an estimate only created by knowledge, without an examination, and based on information provided by the customer. The estimate price is effective for a maximum of 7 days from the date of the quote. If during your home service you make changes to your requested Services or a cleaning company cleaner authorizes that the home details as provided by the client are incorrect, we may change the original quote and charge an adjusted home service fee based on the final amount of work that was done. The cleaning company does not guarantee that the quoted home service fee price will be the total price, especially when details or conditions of the home that were not correctly or entirely described by the client when booking the service.
Same-Day Service Fee
Cleaning company assume that some clients may need cleanings as soon as possible. If the company can perform a cleaning on the same day it was requested, additional $40 same-day service fee will apply along with the service pricing selected.
Taxes and other Charges
Additional fees and charges may apply to your service, including: actual or anticipated, state or local fees, and processing fees for split payments. Also, where required by law, cleaning company will collect applicable taxes.
Cleaners Tips
You may choose to tip your cleaner in cash.
Be advised that all tips are non-refundable.
Payment
Cleaning company accepts cash, Venmo and all major credit cards. Cleaning company does not take personal checks. Online payments are safe and secure.
Discounts for recurring clients
- Weekly 15%
- Biweekly 10%
- Every 3 weeks 7.5%
- Monthly 5%
User License
It is permitted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on cleaning company website for personal, non-commercial, or other purposes.
Use of service
Clients must be at least eighteen 18 years of age to use this website. By using this website and by approving these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
No Warranties
This website is provided without any representations or warranties, express or implied. V & N Cleaning Services makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.
Rescheduling Fee
Please remember that you must reschedule outside of 24hrs no later prior of your booking, or a $80 penalty fee will be charged.
Rescheduling changes must be made by 5pm the day before the Booking.
You have 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to cancel your appointment. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $80 fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients should confirm the area is accessible, pets are secured, and valuables are stored away. We request a smoke-free environment while our staff is present.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Client privacy is principal. We may reveal client information to third parties maintaining a strict data security protocol.
Liability and Damage Policy
We take responsibility for any damage or loss caused directly by our staff during cleaning. Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to update. It is the client’s responsibility to check the website occasionally for any changes.
Law
These terms and conditions are directed by the laws of New York.
